Frederick George Mileham Limited, known as F.G. Mileham is a Building Contractor, based in West London, servicing over a dozen Local Authorities and Housing Associations. A General Builders who specialise in disabled adaptation works, including external ramps, brickwork, kitchens and mainly adapting bathrooms into wet rooms or level access shower rooms.
As a Local Authority approved contractor, who work closely delivering their DFG projects, F.G. Mileham are passionate about delivering quality work as well as providing a flexible and personal approach, working together with residents and their needs. Completing over 450 projects per year has enabled the team to build up significant knowledge and understanding working with the elderly and the less able.
The specialist workforce has been carefully chosen and selected with a wealth of knowledge and experience in this niche market, covering all trades. The diverse skilled operatives fully understand the specialist products used in adaptations as well as the patience and understating of working within occupied properties.

Wet Rooms
Wet Rooms or Level Access Showers are the perfect way to create extra space and transform a bathroom into a safe, accessible and entirely level showering facility with complete independent control. The additions of a shower seat and grab rails will make sure of confident and reassured showering.
Carer screens can be included ensuring that assisted care showering becomes hassle free for both parties involved.
Level-Dec Former trays are used with 4 preformed drainage gradients that provide complete level access suitable for non-slip vinyl covering allowing no slip hazards at all.
Access & Movement
Independently accessing and moving freely around your own home is a privilege we would like everyone to have. It is with that in mind offering additional services such as ramps, door widenings and handrail systems are such an important part of what we do. By creating a safe and reassured way to get around your own home, generates confidence and independence.
