Frederick George Mileham
There is a wealth of associated history having serviced London Borough Councils and Housing Associations since 1966. Originally set up by Frederick George Mileham himself, whom was a painter and decorator in the 60’s, the company started working and still do, to this day for Westminster City Council. Over the years the company progressed and eventually was run by his two sons for over 30 years, completing all types of work from 24hour emergency call out to property development. During this long reign reputation enabled the company to gain numerous contracts with many West London Councils. Over the past 18 years the focus has been in delivering adaptations to homes.
The business is now in a new era, with the third generation of the family leading the company into the future, whom now specialise on adaptations for the less able.

FG Mileham wanted to support a charity close to its heart. They know that Action for Children provide residential Short Breaks across the country, including London, supporting young people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Some young children in their care are wheelchair users with complex health needs and some non-verbal. Action for Children Short Breaks are a vital lifeline for families as they provide practical support that’s needed.
