Before work was completed, Kerry contacted me to get the parking details, so this shows right from the start, everything was very organised. The quality of the work carried out is outstanding. Having waited a long time for the work to be approved and contract assigned, we had low expectations but they have left us feeling like a weight has been lifted. We have a fully functioning bathroom now that my daughter can use without fear or anxiety and which also looks beautiful!
The changed tiles and new coat of paint makes it look like a new room and removed the ghost of what we had been provided with by the landlord, which had made her feel like it wasn’t her home to enjoy.
The whole service has been excellent to a level I’ve never experienced before as a social tenant.

All the workmen co-ordinated well with each other to ensure that the work was carried out in a timely manner.
We were never left without a toilet overnight, even though we had one downstairs and all the workmen did a professional job. Our flooring was well protected on the stairs, hall and landing so that there was no damage and everything was left as clean as possible. The choice of tiling, borders and flooring was vast and very up-to-date with current bathroom decor trends so that my dread of a hospital bathroom was a far cry from the end result.
A special mention goes to George who was the main builder working here and he was excellent, advising us on things that we were unsure about and always pleasant and cheerful whilst working hard to get the job done. I can now have a shower feeling safer and more stable and my family are all happy with the new bathroom too.

Once the project starts you see the same person each day until it’s time for the decoration. The work is done to a high standard. I wanted to upgrade and add some bits to my adaptation and they were extremely accommodating as well as understanding as to why, due to my OCD and my many health issues. Not all of your needs are taken into account with a general adaptation. Each person is unique and requires different things to make their life easier. They were fully accommodating of that. For example music helps calm my anxiety when my pain level is high and they were happy to fit the speaker in the ceiling. I have falls so I wanted a clean space less things to hit on the way down. They put wall alcove in for me. I’m 47 and being in pain causes depression having to go into a bathroom that looks like it built for a person of 100 that reminds you daily of all your struggles affects your mental health further. Going into my bathroom how it is now cheers me up and helps with my mood. This company understood that and supported that. Other companies I saw made me feel bad of daring to request something out of the ordinary or an improvement on the standard.  I now have a bathroom that gives he back my independence allows me to keep clean, but also calms me down and makes me smile, and works for me. The standard of the work was excellent, the people were great. I could not recommend them enough.
